i'm using the cheatcodes i learned from my inner gods
my main interpretation of this artwork is, ‘i don’t need to see where i’m going, because i have trust in my inner vision and my guides’. the title communicates a similar notion.
this artwork was created during a time when i was spending a lot of time on esoteric lectures, and diving deep into occult sciences. it’s one of my special interests, and i try to be diligent in my studies.
if you’ve dabbled in esoteric teachings at all, you’ll know that existence is comprised of the seen and the unseen, and that which we do perceive in our waking life is but a fraction of reality. everything is energy, and that mostly goes unseen. or rather unnoticed.
(maybe that’s why i spend so much of my life in my own head, but) what i was going for with this painting is the inexplicable knowing that things work out in divine ways. the inner seeing. the understanding of universal laws that dictate existence, and going through life with these ‘cheatcodes’.
we can see more with our hearts and souls than with our eyes—and i don’t say that just because of my myopia. you get it.
